Three spacious bedrooms, two with private courtyard and hot outdoor shower. The rear two bedrooms have King size beds (one can be converted to 2 singles). The other bedroom has two single beds. Main bathroom with 2nd separate toilet.
The living areas are open plan, modern kitchen with all standard appliances (including built-in laundry), the living room with a large TV, AUSTAR included and DVD player that doubles as a stereo.
Great privacy on the front deck and yard with a timber fence blocking all view from the road, yet this space is sun drenched during the day. The property's owners have recently added a table tennis table, easy to set up in the front yard, or in the carport, great fun in summer months.
Basically everything you would expect in a well appointed home.
