FULL CIRCLE

Way back then, or more accurately, in the early 60’s a man of vision, Bob Pearce, built the original Blueys Beach shopping strip and opened the first real estate office in the area.

It was then known as Pacific Palms Real Estate and operated as an independent agency. During the 80’s the office traded variously as LJ Hooker, The professionals and in 1990 Peter Gagg bought the business and it traded as a First National Franchise.

In 2000, another visionary and then owner and licensee of the Raine & Horne Smiths Lake franchise Rick Vasers realised a long term ambition upon taking over Peter Gagg’s Blueys beach office thus temporarily bringing that under the Raine & Horne banner.

This year 2005 saw the last piece of the long term master plan fall into place with the reincarnation of "Pacific Palms Real Estate" as an independent practice.

The wheel had turned a full circle.

OUR STRENGTH

The twin offices have emerged as the market leaders and envy of our competitors in every facet of our industry. In terms of overall market share we command 70% of sales and two offices manage some 300 holiday houses and permanent rentals.

To achieve all this and achieve it well we have become the areas largest employer, employing some 14 local people without a doubt one, if not our greatest asset are those 14 dedicated folk, hard working professionals committed to service and positive outcomes but always with that personal touch.

Your principal presiding over the conduct of the business and in charge of our dedicated team is Rick’s daughter, Dominique, a dynamic self starter with overseas and local experience Dominique’s enthusiasm and positive attitude is infectious to all around her. This is recognised by her peers and she has been invited as guest speaker at the forthcoming ARPM in august this year.
